He still flirts with me but he chose her, What are his intentions?

Okay so long story short, me and this guy from work were seeing each other for about 3 months, a month ago I found out he was seeing another girl along with me from his school, well she gave him an ultimatum to get with other people or go out with her and he took the ultimatum he told me he still liked me but she was convenient since I lived too far away I commute to school.(I live 20 minutes away from his college)

Well at work he still flirts with me, he ignites the flirting every time I try not to go along with it but I can't help it. He will make excuses to talk to me,push stuff into me,etc I still really like him. And clearly he still likes me and he knows I still like him and its killing me (I kinda hinted to him I still did). So is he waiting for college to end so he can be with me? Why would he still flirt with me if he has a girlfriend when he chose her? I'm so confused. thanks.

The big mistake you made here was to still chase him even after he had chose the other girl. He wasn't interested in a close relationship way but rather as just another girl he can flirt and get with if he's bored at work or if things don't go well with other girls. he's clearly using you as back up so what I suggest you do is back off and not show him any interest whatsoever. Flirt with other guys except for him. Develop an interest for other guys so as to gain a clear mind for when he's around so you don't have to give in to his advances at work. Back off from him completely and treat him just like another worker, otherwise you're going to get yourself hurt this way. I'm a boy and have seen some of my friends do this. Trust me, once he sees that you've actually taken him out of the equation, he'll come around but don't let him get to you. If he doesn't have a Girlfriend make him chase you first and never show him interest first at all because he's going to be expecting you to take him right away but play hard to get and make him work for it because what he did to you is what we call "Playing" you.
