How do you turn a gym receptionist into a girlfriend?

Make a point to talk to her every time you see her- ask how her weekend was, what did she do? What does she do when she is not working? In your conversations find something you have in common, a TV show or a hobby. Don't be creepy about it just make it light and casual. Don't take too much time talking- you both have things to do and she won't be able to wait to see you again. When you get to a point where you talk daily with out awkwardness see if she wants to grab a drink later.
