How to approach a cute girl at gym?

So there is this really cute girls who has been coming to my gym for the past several months. We haven't spoken or anything. But I find her really cute and was looking to find a way where I can pick up a conversation without looking like a total creep. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

If you approach her and talk, 1 of 3 things will likely happen:
a) she responds and you get on
b) she responds and it goes wrong
c) she will ignore your contact.
I suggest you smile when you are around her and be polite. But I do not see what else you can possibly do, unless you actually speak to her and say "hey", or the like but doing this will likely cause issues. Why would she want to know a stranger?
