Is there specific eye contact that you give to convey the message across?

I’ve given an answer to a similar question before, so I’m just going to copy paste it here:
-When I see him looking at me I make eye contact with him for about a second and then look him up and down (like a flickering glance I don’t know how else to really explain it) and then I look away. I basically let him catch me checking him out
-I show up where he is and walk past him a lot
-I maintain eye contact with him when I catch his eye, but not for too long (2 seconds max)

Is the maintaining eye contact thing common? I’ve had girls just stare me down emotionlessly without any smile or dirty look. Recently a girl walked past me and just stared at me and turned her head as she was doing it. I don't know what to think of it

I don’t know if it’s common or not, it’s just what I do. You can tell if it’s a look of interest depending on how intense the look is. Like if a girl looks deep into your eyes with no emotion, and holds it for a couple of seconds, it means she’s into you and is trying to figure out if you’re into her. Also if a girl turns her head to look at you she might like you or you could have just caught her eye at the moment.

They could at least show some emotion. Like this one time I went to the mall with 2 of my friends. We went in there store and the worker there was like in her early 20s and she was really pretty. I have a tendency to ignore all women even if I like them because I just feel like they get uncomfortable when a guy does this staring thing to them. But there are girls who make me feel uncomfortable. Back to the mall story. My friend was making me laugh and I was smiling and laughing (not to the point where it gets attention). People say I have a cute smile. But this girl just stops what she’s doing and just stares me down and not my friends. She wouldn’t smile. She just held her gaze for very long. I just looked away uncomfortably and went on with life. To this day I still can’t figure out what she was thinking.

I would touch him more. Look him in the eye. Winking. I'm a very touchy person... so my hand travels everywhere. sometimes when he's next to me and I want to point out something i would touch his thighs if we were sitting down. OR just staring at his lips sometimes

Body language is key. Be closer to him, touch him 'accidentally' but not in a harassing way. Make more eye contact, but not creepily. Flirting is an art. Make sure to take opportunities to spend more time with him or around him, if you have any.
