I feel like she’s hot and cold with me, but does she like me?

So I like this girl who I sometimes go see her at work after I finish work and I obviously like her but she doesn’t know cause I haven’t told her yet, but I feel like she’s hot and cold with me. Cause sometimes she’ll reply to messages and other times won’t at all or view my Instagram stories and then other times won’t. Sometimes she is busy at work so I ask if she wants me to leave her alone and she says no it’s okay I can stay, sometimes we will talk abit and other times not much but she’s still okay with me being there, but whenever I’m with her she’ll occasionally run her hands through her hair in front of me or put lip balm on and I feel these are subtle hints to me that she’s interested. I tell her abit about me when she asks questions and she even said my mum was cute when I showed her a picture.
