If you wanna talk about teenage boys not being able to confess their feelings, it's quite simple really. It's because their self-confidence is quite low during that period in life and they're at a very emotionally vulnerable phase where they're experiencing their first loves. For them, being rejected by the girls they like is one of the worst things that can happen to them. And it doesn't help that society in general views men who are unable to find a partner somehow flawed and less valuable (not talking about those who choose to be single), nor the fact that being rejected will be made public knowledge by their peers and will lead to them being ridiculed by them. That's why teenage boys are "pussies". Oh, and bonus points because for teenage boys confessing their feelings they're also potentially putting their reputation on the line, since the girl who rejects them can also tell her friends that he's creepy or something, effectively lowering his chances with any other girls in his surroundings.

And nah, I'm not one of them. I'm actually more of a socially awkward person due to not having developed my social skills in my preteen and early teen years. It's a consequence of me being viciously bullied all throughout primary school, to the point that the police and child protective services had to intervene. But despite all that, I've had 4 relationships so far, the last one lasting 2.5 years. So no, I'm in no way a pussy, nor am I disrespectful towards women and I'm quite well-mannered. But that's up to you to believe or not :)
