Should I message him first?

I matched with this guy on tinder and we talked for a bit but the conversation didn’t really go anywhere. I wasn’t sure if he was just not good at small talk or not really interested. ( he did answer back all the time and I mean, we matched and he started the convo) I’m not one to really use tinder so I gave him my Snapchat and said that I am more active there.

He hasn’t messaged me since adding me on Snapchat. Should I message him first? Or is he not interested?

Message him. If he feels like he's the only one putting out effort to talk he's going to stop because it's not going anywhere. The goal is to meet in person not to have an endless string of text messages that could have been an interesting conversation with someone over coffee or dinner. Also, while girls might not intend this, when they ask guys to use snapchat, guys interpret this as "i want to see if you're physically attractive enough before i talk to you further".

Message him first, most people are happy to hear from someone when they reach out first. if it goes anywhere, great. If it doesn't and it thrns out he’s not interested then it’s not like you lost anything

Yes message him on Snapchat! Say “hey” or “hey what’s up” or send him a funny meme or something (if you know his sense of humour of what he likes)
