I don't get it, this girl says she likes me, she flirts with me like crazy, texts me nonstop, holds my hand and cuddles with me every possible chance she could, sits on my lap every time I sit down and all these other obvious signs, and then when I show interest back and show that I like her also she backs out and just wants to be friends?! Wtf! Seriously! I couldn't get her off me, she was all over me and then plays the friend routine? What compells women to constantly mess with guys feelings? Is it some sick joke? Do they see some twisted humor in leading a guy on and then bailing when the guy shows interest back? Why?!

I don't know the girl and the siutation so I can't possibly tell you "why" she is acting like so. But in my view, she is trying to get male attention. This could be because she was hurt by some other idiot and now she just wants vengeance out of every man that seems genuinely interested in her. If you are a decent, serious guy in the sense that you don't "fool around" constantly and lie to women, then you are easy pray. She knows you are good and that you honestly like her and that you probably won't hurt her ego that much if she "pushes the boundaries", and she is safe in that knowldege.My advice to you is to stop acting confused.Cause it shows! She knows you spend energy thinking about her and wanting her. Pulling back and "pretending" you like another girl or her friend won't work mate! Cause she will turn this into her little personal "pet project" to get you and so she'll just step the flirting up a notch without having any feelings whatsoever! And if you care, you'll fall for it big time and she'll have her fun humiliating you. You'll end up like the proverbial chew toy! So stop giving her attention. Be civil and matter of fact with her. When you are around people just talk normally and don't spend tons of time staring at her or addressing her. If she sais somnthing cool comment on it just like you would with everybody else but don't just talk with her as if she is all that! Cut the touching in fact whenever she tries to sit on your lap make an excuse to avoid it and if you can't DONT put your arms around her or touch her in any way or form.Just go on with the conversation, talk to the other people around. And if she tries holding your hand just pull your hand away, again in a "natural" matter of fact way.If she's a big time player she'll do anything to get your attention.So if you want to be "cruel" just laugh at her (in a confused and taken aback way) and say "ahm what's wrong with you?Do you do this all the time?". She'll make some feeble excuse and try to say "oh I really like you blah blah" don't fall for this. Just tell her she was right and you're better off as friends! She's a great gal but it wouldn't work anyway! But make sure you don't change your mind later on and date her!

Well, there could be many different reasons for this. First off, what was your relationship like before this? Did you ever do anything to tick her off, or dumped or messed with one of her friends? Girls like to screw guys back for doing anything to them or their friends, a sick twisted revenge, but sometimes necessary. Second, Did she lead you on because she just got out of a relation ship and wants someone bad, or has she not been dating anyone for a while, and got impatient? Third, What's her personality like? Is she known to screw guys every other week, or does she tend to back out of things, for shy reasons? And, when it comes to dating, is she serious, or just tends to play around with guys? The reason for this may vary, she may either be impatient for revenge, randomly messing with you, a player, very desperate, or a complete bitch.

Also, if she screws with you, screw her right back, but be casual about it. Flirt with any girl when you get the chance, and try to bring up the topic around her. Do NOT show much interest, girls go crazy when they can't read guys. It'll make her go mad. Also, lead into her first, say hi and stuff, but if she shows any more interest, slow down.
