The person may be very interesting. Smoking or not does not impact on how I perceive a person in terms of intellectual ability or knowledge.

Where I have a harder time is to be faced with the smoke should this person be smoking in my presence. I am very sensitive to smoke and I would feel inconvenienced if that person was to smoke in my presence.

A girl that smokes cigars certainly has a certain strength of character because she would have to face criticism of society for doing so but as such, I am sure that she can also be an interesting person to talk to.

But I personally would not want to be in a relation with a smoker, regardless of the type of tobacco and/or gender.

It is uncommon to see a woman smoking a cigar. So I'd be curious to learn how she got into them. And while I don't have the same animosity towards cigars that I do cigarettes I still wouldn't find it all that attractive and I don't want it smelling up my clothes and skin

Yea, it is interesting. Its a sign that maybe this is someone who explores the world on their own and doesn't need other people to tell them what to do.

They could also be doing it for shallow attention but you never know till you get to know the person.

It's so weird seeing all the people in the comments talking about it like cigarettes and cigars are the same things. Cigars are meant to be used occasionally and you're not supposed to inhale. Cigarettes are skinny little sticks of bitter and/or flavorless tar and tobacco. There's a culture to Cigars. It's a classy thing. As long as the lady ain't chain smoking cigars left and right, I don't see anything wrong with it. I personally would do it under the proper circumstances, and I think women who would do it the same way probably are very interesting and probably great conversationalists to one extent or another
