Does the handyman like me or just being friendly?

I have a crush on the handyman for my apartment. He’s fixed some things in my unit in the past and he is kind & professional.

-When I see him from time to time, even if he’s doing work and sees me pass by, he will stop what he is doing to say hello and have brief small talk.

-Once, while walking to my car, I completely walked right by him without even realizing it (My back was to him as I was walking) and he still said "Hey!!!" so that I would turn around and say hi. I might be overthinking but, if I didn't matter to him or if he saw me as just an ordinary tenant, he would have just let me keep walking instead of try to get my attention right?

- Then when I did turn around, he saw I was holding a big box of stuff and after briefly exchanging some words, he said "Well I won't hold you up anymore!!!"

- I get the vibe that he seems to enjoy the attention and I think it might be because he’s older, kinda balding, not necessarily hot, and has a bit of a dad bod, but still oh so cute.

It sounds like he's just being friendly, and that you kinda make his day just by saying hi. He may find you atteactive as well, but wouldn't worry about that. Jesus just being nice, and enjoys the brief moments talking with you. It's a compliment to you.
