Find an excuse to kiss his cheek and - again "accidentally" brush full body contact against him as you do it. Pretend to be mortified.

Spill a cold drink - water works best - into his lap and try to dry him off with your hands

I wouldn't try to drive him crazy. If he isn't sure you like him, he might interpret driving him crazy as a sign that says I'm not interested in you, and give up on you.
