Someone I work with, Sara thought I was around eighteen or nineteen years old, so I showed her my driver's license and she said, that I'm good looking. Sara even had to let the co-worker next us know about my look. Thought that was pretty funny! I'm twenty-five years old. I'm not sure, if Sara is single because of what she said about about me. I'm assuming she's single because someone in a relationship wouldn't say that about someone they aren't with. I would like to ask for her phone number, but I don't know how I would do that without coming off creepy or weird.

Ask her. It doesn't matter. I compliment just about everyone when I was or wasn't in a relationship. People love it, as you can see from how flustered you are now. It is a trade secret. compliments!

This is not something to guess about. It's much easier to simply ask or try and bring up the topic casually. Generally, I will bring up my partner (if I have one at the time) if someone is getting too friendly. Likewise, if that happens to you, don't be perturbed or think the compliments were misleading or something. Everything is about sex but also nothing at all is really about sex. It's a horrible paradox of our neurological condition.

Alright, thanks for letting me know. Thought it might have meant something. I'm interested in her. She got my attention right away, when I saw her for the first time. Had butterflies and I was very nervous. Today was the first time I actually talked to her and introduced myself. I know sometimes it's not a good idea to have feelings for someone at work, but I can't control my feelings. When do you do think I should ask for her phone number?
