so this guy I kinda have a crush on, moved into the house next to mine and I didn't know until he told me wtf what do I do, my family is super crazy and it's kinda awkward now knowing who lives in the house next to mine ?

I know you think your family is insane, but he probably thinks the same of his family. Don't worry about the family issue and take advantage of the situation. Now you guys can hang out and talk (in person) super easily giving you a seemingly ordinary way to get closer to him. Lots of luck :)

Yeah that is a bad idea. If you like him, approach him directly. Even you are confident that he likes you. There is a saying "Never be late than before." So do not try unusual things before proposing him.
