Is it bad to tell my significant other "You are good enough for me"?

I feel like the wording of the statement makes it sound like "You are good enough, but there is better." Like they're lacking in some form. I'm not sure they'll see it that way but I just want to make sure that if I say that to them they won't feel offended or feel inadequate.
