Not intentional. I think a lot of what I do is unintentionally flirty. Especially when a guy is kinda flirty towards me, it's really easy to reciprocate it. Kinda like second nature. I think it's best to, if you notice this and you're really unsure, ask. Or maybe tone down the kinda flirty vibes you may be giving off. If she's flirting with you and not into you, it's probably not intentional.
Unless she's like evil, which sadly happens.

Not intentionally no. I don’t want to give the wrong signals. Although when I was a teen I sometimes was mean and led boys on just for fun. But I grew out of that.

I think guys sometimes misconstrue being nice/friendly as flirting in the hopes that it is so when they have already shown an interest in a girl. Guys that have had girls initiate interest in them before can usually tell the difference.

Tho I'd argue "interest" is on a spectrum. If a girl is completely disinterest she will not flirt with you even unintentionally unless you count someone doing it for their job in some cases
