Will it be rude to ask if I'm wasting my time?

So I've been dating this girl for about a month and a half. Our relationship is good and when we hang out it usually ends up kissing/cuddling/making out. She said she is afraid of commitment. But next time we hang out (tomorrow) I'm going to ask if this is going anywhere and if I'm wasting my time. Would it be rude to ask it that way, or is there better way to ask?

blah blah blah..afraid of commitment..blah blah blah I m a little stupid girl.Dont get me wrong dude but this phrase (like others,the girls have plenty of them) drives me crazy.I think you should do what Curryqb12 says without the "but...time" thing.Let her answer...if the answer doesn't satisfy you ask her how she feels...if she doesn't answer again then you should probably make her realize that you won't be her toy forever until she finds her prince and throw you away.Just let her know what you want.

You could ask her if she would be your girlfriend or would she like a relationship with you or does she just want a casual relationship and tell her that you really like her.

just be like "Hey listen, I'm really feelin what we have between us, but if you don't want to commit, I feel like I'm just wasting my time."

^the first part of this is really good up until the "but," say you like what's going on and then ask how she's feeling and if she can see you two taking it further.
