Girls, Why she keep looking at me but never smiles or says anything?

I have seen her in my gym for years on and off. she always looks at me whenever I walk in to the gym or when I train.

But she never smiles , says hello to me , or has much emotion on her face. Also I noticed she doesn’t talk to anyone in the gym. She has trained at my gym for years and years.

I don’t understand , why she doesn’t smile or say hello but just keeps looking at me all the time. Despite seeing me in there for years and years.

one time I looked at her because , she looked like she was going to say hi or smile. She didn’t , so I nodded my head to myself waking off out of confusion.
I didn’t see her for a while , I walked in she kept looking at me , or watching me but didn’t smile or say hello either. Then I saw a guy train near her and I sneaked a look to see if he was her boyfriend (he wasn't just training near) and she caught me and stared at me again.

She might view attraction to men as a negative or traumatizing experience and not as a happy one that would motivate you to smile at the person you like or she may have already assumed you rejected her due to some personality flaw she had and believe you are upset with her for being attracted to you. This might be true for girls bullied by guys in childhood or abused by men in their lives.

Hmm interesting , you think? I have seen her for years. I have always been attracted to her but would just glance every now and then.

But then she would often catch me glancing , I would see her every now and then because I moved away for college and I’m guessing she did also.

I noticed if I walk in she looks at me or if I’m training she watches me or if I walk around. I never seen her talk to anyone ever so I’m guessing she’s shy kind of person. But one time I looked at her directly to see if she would smile or anything, I though seeing as we have seen each other for years in the gym on and off she may smile. But she didn’t so I nodded my head whilst walking off. I didn’t see her for a while , but saw her recently and she looked at me when I walked in and started watching me train and walk around again.

I saw a guy train near her , so I popped my head around to see if he was her boyfriend but he was just training near. Then she was just looking right at me.
