I don't know... I've met so many guys that are ashamed or nervous to even introduce their dates/partners to their parents. I think its refreshing if he is flirting in front of his mum and sister. Shows that he's confident, likes the female support from his family or has a healthy relationship with them (maybe), and isn't insecure about it. :)
It would be a bit off-putting through, because I do like to initially keep my dating life private... but its not a red flag for me.
