When did you realize that girls generally can do less work to meet those interested in her than a guy of equal attractiveness has to do?

It's pretty clear that girls are the ones usually being asked out. Are they always by guys that they're interested in? Of course not but girls definitely do not have to do as much to have someone interested even though it might be for shallow reasons.

It has been obvious to me since I first became interested in girls. But it's not something most women openly acknowledge. It's good to see some women being honest about their privilege for a change.

It happens in grade school when you like a girl in 7th or 8th grade but she likes high school boys. And those guys are trying to get into their pants and are succeeding.
