Guys what friendly behaviours makes you think a girl likes you?

In general what non intimate gestures makes you think a female friend is interested romantically? And if you find out she doesn't you would feel led on?

Whatever you do men will always get it as a sign that you are interested. If you ignore them you are interested, if you just say hi and bye you are interested. Men don't have women for real friends. They keep it casual with women just in case they can have sex. A man wouldn't get to know you just for being a person. If they are not attracted to you, they won't talk to you if they don't really have to.

A guy even said once I was trying to seduce him just because I was wearing jeans with length just a bit above my knee.

- If she suggests meeting up for coffee, drinks or food.
- If she invites me to her place to help with something or for dinner.

Yeah because it is confusing, like I had a female colleague who always suggested that we go for drinks and she invited me to her place for dinner and initiated messaging 90% of the time. I made me wonder if she maybe secretly had romantic ideas.

Yeah it can be like that with friends as well but she acts a little different with you than a regular friend. Her tone changes and she might act more giddy and shy around you as well. It can get confusing sometimes because it can blend in with just being friendly.

I asked cuz I have a guy friend who my friends think likes me and my friend told me even asking him questions is giving him hope but I can't just ignore someone who has been so nice and polite to me (we are friends after all and I am foreigner in his country who has been helped by him a lot) at the same time I don't want to lead him on. Any suggestions on what subtle hints I can drop to make him understand my platonic feelings?

Exactly but without actually saying it cuz 1. He hasn't confessed 2. I want to stay friends with him without things getting awkward

Well the best way is to just be upfront with him about where you both stand in the relationship and that you dont want anything more than a friendship. Well just know you dont owe him anything and dont feel forced to reciprocate his potential feelings for you. Just state the boundary line clearly and be compassionate about how much you value the friendship then you can know you did the right thing. If he's a true friend he will respect it or just leave.

Kinda afraid to be that upfront so I did try calling him bro (he told me not to immidately but calls other girls bro) and when convo about marriage came up I stated how in my country women marry late and such and constantly make excuses to avoid 1 on 1 hang outs with him. Does these work or do I still need be upfront and reject him?

It depends on whether you want a friendship with him still and if you dont then avoiding him will surely give him that impression. It might get messy and you may lose him for good if you keep playing around and dont tell him upfront. He may still leave if you tell him upfront but at least you know you did it the right way.
