My crush at work has recently completely changed. She now is cold and distant. We use to banter back and forth, text all day and laugh. But now nothing, she is serious and grumpy around me. It all started after I started to flirt with a co worker infront of her. Is she done with me?

Yep and that will teach you to show off in front of another girl who you're already working on. If you really know women you'd understand that many do not want to complete with another pair of tits in the room and if it's pushed in our faces by a guy, we get a bit resentful about it. Lesson be learned and
hopefully she will get over it and be friends with you again but, if she never does come around again just leave her alone and do your flirting with girls separately from the other ones who you flirt with.

Well she probably lost trust.. if you want her back stop flirting with the other co worker ( or at least try to minimize it ) and make a effort to make ur crush talk to u again.. don’t just stop after one or two messages and she went cold..
