Is it ok ta catcall a friend/crush or this only happens to strangers only?

It depends on the person. I have many female friends I can wolf whistle at and they love it. I also have several female friends who would punch me on the nose for it lol.
It is always meant in good humour though, and not to cause upset.. If it upset? I wouldn't do it.

Just to be clear though? My g/f knows all of them as they are her friends too and they do the same to me, again all with my g/fs knowledge.. she laughs along too..

Yes of course it is, I think if you know them decently well and know they'd be okay with it then its way more respectful than catcalling strangers. It's also just a fun and playful way to show your attraction to them. So go ahead.
