Ok so I like this guy at my job, and I don't know maybe I’m over thinking but we have these stare offs, and he’ll always say hi and bye to me…and my stalker ass would watch him with the other girls at work and he doesn’t talk to them (unless he does when I’m not there or some shit) so basically I wanna ask for his number, but I don’t wanna come off weird, should I just ask for his insta first, or how should I approach him? (Mind you we work at a grocery store) give me some scenarios!!!

I would start by flirting with him and see if you get a positive reaction. Remember, don't do this while working but maybe before, after or at a break. If you get a positive reaction from acting a bit flirty, see if he wants to grab a coffee or something after a shift you both work.

If he agrees, then you know there is some interest. If things seem to go well during your meetup, ask him for his number then. Simples. That way you aren't just flat out asking without showing him you are interested.

That would be what I did. I sort of did the same thing with my current partner. Good thing I did because we are now engaged. I flirted with him (we don't work together but I was at work) and when I saw he was interested and flirting back, I asked if he wanted to grab lunch.

We did exactly that and then was when we exchanged numbers and made plans for a real date. Worked like a charm and now we marry at the end of the year. Hope this helps.

Just straight up ask him if he wants to go out with you and then suggest some kind of date. Ask when others aren't around so it won't start rumors at work and then keep it to yourself.
