She is talking to me and making small conversation with me. We were then chatting and she started playing with her hair as in her ponytail. She is happy to help me with things in group activities but is kinda quiet with me. But she has been initating small talk with me.
I remember doing that when I was younger. Actually it would be kinda soothing and calmed me down. It can be flirtatious we well. It also gives her something to do with her hands if she's nervous. It also depends on how she is doing it. When she's being flirtatious, there's a certain way she will do it. If she wanted to be cute, she would take the end of it and slightly tickle your nose🙂
She might be trying to be flirty or it might just be a nervous habit. Talk to her for a while and see what happens.
