Attractive: selecting the restaurant, making a reservation, communicating this a few days before, offering to pick you up or drive you home/ call you an uber, asking if he may kiss, talking openly about his life and asking questions about her to get to know her better.

Rude/creepy: selecting the restaurant and then telling her to 'dress a certain way', going to said restaurant and ordering food for her instead of letting her pick, demanding to pick her up, demanding to bring her home (after she's politely declines), expecting a kiss, particularly when it's not going well (can't read the vibe), crass compliments, only taking about himself or refusing to answer any questions about himself, fetishizing specific body parts (vs. A few appreciative glances to express attraction), and lastly feeling entitled to touch her without doing at least some awkward social dance to know that she's okay with it (grabbing your hand or arm for no reason, the classic 'movie theatre move' that assumes she's okay him later reaching for a tit).

Rude means he's violated like 1-3 of the above and creepy is 4 or more.
