Man at work is flirting with me but he has a ring on his left hand , I think he’s married?

I work as a belly dance at a restaurant and a man working there is quite flirty, always tries to speak to me, touches me etc. However I notice he has a ring on the ring finger of his left hand so I assume he’s married. Am I right to assume this?
