He has stopped teasing me, why?

I know this guy for over a year and for the past couple of he has been teasing and bugging me but just last week he stopped doing all those things but he kept staring at me! I honestly don't know what to think?

Multiple things...he could be teasing you out of fun like just wants to be friends, he could like you more than a friend, or he's just being a silly guy. If you like him back show him signs that you do.
