Does he still/again have feelings for me?

I had a falling out with my past boyfriend years ago. I left town and decided to never talk to him again, but a few months ago, I changed my mind and wanted to be able to talk normally again. He was surprised but obviously very happy. I think he has been miserable without me in his life. We met up recently for work related things and he looked me deeply in the eye, was in a very good mood, mentioned things about me he could probably only know by stalking my social media, looked at my body when he thought I couldn't see, was very forthcoming and made several compliments, said things like "we haven't seen each other for a long time after all" and saying it in a soft tone. Afterwards, I was standing next to my friend group, looking at my phone, when I felt someone looking at me. He was coming down the hallway and had obviously stared at me. I stared back, the eye contact didn't waver, then I tried to wave at him a little. Then he abruptly turned the corner before he could wave back. Does all this mean he could have feelings for me again?
