Do you ever find someone attractive but not compliment them because you think they'd be annoyed or get that all the time?

Not really, even though some attractive people rarely get compliments.. but I wouldn’t not compliment someone because I think they hear it all of the time, but rather, because I didn’t know how to say it in the moment.

I have never complimented someone on their looks until after they accepted a date with me. I don't think pretty girls want to hear that from guys they aren't also somewhat into.

I'm not referring to just looks but personality as well. The way someone acts can make them attractive. An example of the scenario I'm talking about is knowing someone for a fairly long period of time but not complimenting them because of the reasons I listed.

I'd compliment someone for doing a good job at something, or for helping a friend and probably a lot of other scenarios too. I wouldn't purposefully decide not to compliment someone just b/c they're attractive and might get annoyed. Its just the looks thing that I would hold back on.

The only reason I wouldn't compliment an attractive person is if I think their heads are already too swollen
