I’ve learnt the hard way and was way too delusionnal , my crush said things to me that made me think it was mutual , he even fake proposed to me and blew me kisses out of nowhere, he told me I’m the funniest girl he ever met , he was way to touchy , he said that I’m exceptional and that I’m the person he adores the most in the company ( we’re interns in the same company and we won’t work there ) but the thing is he never asked for my socials or talked to me in teams ( we kinda work together ) but today I saw that he sent team messages to my other friend who has no work with him and he asked her was was she doing and then kept typing paragraphs and they kept talking , I also saw that he told her you’re the best with a kissing emoji. The thing that shocked me is that he never paied attention to her in real life , when we usually talk in group he doesn’t even look at her or keep an eye contact with her , and he’s usually being playfull with me irl , so I really don’t get this behaviour.
but now at least I know he doesn’t like me back

How do you know that? Did he tell you he doesn't? Maybe he just flirts with every girl? You should find out how he feels or better yet give a guy that actually wants to date you a chance.
I would say he’s that kind of dudes who’s on the flirty side , he likes to flirt a lot
