I've been called this a good few times by men and women, both from people I either know well and even strangers.
I'm short, have a large posterior on a thin frame and obviously a white girl. Not sure what to make of this?

I think it depends on how you should take it, I can see why you don't know cause it can be offensive in the way they are specializing your butt but at the same time they are complimenting your butt so you should take it however you wanna take it i guess
Sexualizing*
I guess it depends on whether or not the person meant it as a compliment. Some guys think your type of figure is sexy af.
Actually, you should be proud of your looks.
Until today I'd never even heard of this derogatory expression.
Woops, hope it doesn't apply to you
guess it's just me :/ hope you're not jealous haha
I've never been called that. Probably never will haha.

This is a tough one. The problem is, it's kind of like the term "curvy." It SHOULD be a complement and refer to someone with a GREAT body. But unfortunately, it's a term that's often co-opted by the morbidly obese. So it's understandably unclear if it's a complement or a boorish insult.
In my workplace, there's a new girl who I would consider a PAWG in the most positive sense of the word. I'm not even an ass guy, but this girl's body just immediately draws the eye and in a VERY good way. She's not at ALL obese. VERY petite. Has a waist that almost looks like you could get both hands all the way around it. She has a great bust too--probably a 32DD if I had to guess. But if butts had cup sizes she'd have a G cup ass! I mean it's just like POW! I almost wonder if she needs to have jeans specially sized to fit BOTH her tiny waist AND her ass or if she just shoe-horns herself into them.
When I think of a PAWG, this is the girl I think about. So I suppose in this sense it's very complimentary!
It just explains how a phat ass white woman looks. Better ask somebody.

It's just a description and not to be taken in offense or as a compliment. The ones that take it one way or the other are doing it for personal reasons. That's a personal problem, and not a me problem. Not my problem.
You just asked this a couple days ago. People who say that are trashy. I don't know where you live but nobody says that around here.
Hey I mean I’m a marine corps veteran and I still wear my dog tags with my normal clothes now. But I can do that I served and many vets can too.
I did not mean to put this I meant to put this on another post. I can’t figure out how to delete this.
Is that “pog champ” in UWU language?
