I have this work friend. We are so close and people know we’re like best friends we’re always talking and laughing at work. I’ve felt vibes between us because we’re both bisexual but she didn’t know I was until I came out to her a few weeks back. She’s stared into my eyes while talking and has complimented me a lot. She’s told me I was pretty before and once at work she said her type was really feminine and beautiful women, which I’m very feminine and I’ve been called pretty a lot.
She really wanted to take me out for my bday, so last night we went to a couple of bars.
She brought me all these drinks and tried to get me drunk. She told me I could have whatever I wanted and she’d pay and refused me to pay because we were celebrating my bday. We talked a little and I started flirting with her and asked if she wanted to flirt with me and she said she did and I stared in her eyes and she said I deserved someone who was not going to be insecure and let me do whatever I want and she stared at me ( I’m in a complicated relationship ) I kept looking at her thighs and stuff and then I told her I wanted her to flirt with me and asked why she hasn’t and she said she was trying to be respectful to my relationship in the past and the situation she’s in and then I told her I didn’t care and wanted her to anyways and she was like “ok bet you’re so fucking pretty” and I smiled and she stared into my eyes. Then she was like “and you have the cutest fucking laugh”. I told her she was pretty too and we stared for a while and she asked me to go dance.
Later in the car she opened up and told me about her ex and how he gave her herpes and stuff ( was a little awkward ) and she thinks she’ll have it forever she showed me her music too.
Later she told me us dating or something could be bad because my situation with my boyfriend is complicated and she has a guy she’s seeing and plus we’re coworkers, so she thinks we should keep it friendly. Will things be weird now?

They will be for a while and you both kinda want each other...
However she knows this will be so bad for you... like getting her herpes!
Your both in a relationship and she does not want to hurt either of your partners or you
Best thing is to accept her choice and take some time and go back to being friends! I do mean time cause like it or not things will be weird and awkward can't help it but you can help how you treat her and your time together!
My friend did this... was a guy and after he treated me like trash cause I said NO to hug big get me drunk and sleep with me plan.
Hers was more let's party wanting fun 😊 after work so you both can still be friends!
