If you work as a cashier and a guy stops by regularly chats you up if you suspected he was into you but didn't reciprocate would drop a hint?

Sometimes she's conversational, sometimes she's not, but If Im making friendly chit chat and asking about her life in a neutral way shouldn't she eventually notice this and perhaps shut me down like saying if she has a boyfriend or whatever? Im 100% sure she is single.

I do honestly think she thinks I'm good looking as both her and her friends smile at each other look at each other and then smile at me. I can tell as well as how she looks at me, but that doesn't mean she would accept an advance

But I try to chat more and more and its hard cause of the line behind around me, shouldn't she get suspicious by now of my intentions and perhaps shut me down ahead of time?

I do suspect she has some interest, as she knows exactly all the samples she gave me from weeks back and how she looks at me but from a few weeks ago... but today she just seemed not too engaged with chatting, but there were customers there.

if she wasn't down or whatever shouldn't she drop hints to head me off before I make any kind of move?

I think she likes you. That being said, she has no obligation to shut you down if she doesn’t want to. Some girls like the attention and won’t shut the guy down till he directly asks her out.

Initially, I didn't see her for a few weeks, she said she had a new job, and I asked her if she still would work there, she said only on Sundays. She didn't need to day when.

Last week she was so conversational, she was alone, she kept the conversation going telling me where she is from and telling me about herself, I talked and then left, I didn't want to hang around too long, but I felt tons better about interacting with her. Tons

like it was overwhelming when I came in, like I left as I felt it was too much. I wasn't sure how I was going to be received and last week

Today not so much, I could only say a thing or two. Im not really giving her attention but just small talk.

The problem is if she's not alone I can only talk to her for like 30 seconds. She only works once a week so all I get is 30 seconds of interaction.

Im going to skip next week and got the week after, I have her on Insta as the place she works constantly promote themselves on Insta.

I dont know what to do if I only 30 second interactions once a week

I hope so... I dont why she was more distant yesterday but the week before, she was all chatty. I most likely will keep talking to her. The problem is I only get like a few minutes here and there, and even less if someone else comes into the shop and she's only there once a week

She was so happy and smiley last week, she’s gives me the up and down look and smiles with her friend the week before. I hope she didn’t think I was being aloof I’ve screwed up with three girls in a row by being too aloof. I made conversation and left I didn't want to be too overbearing at first.

Yesterday she was kinda distant but she had other people in the store, it messes me up speaking with her with others there. But last week when she was all peppy and smiley, there was no one around so we could talk.

I asked about why she moved here and what she took in school and I remembered something she said to me regarding it week ago, and she remembered saying it when I brought it up.
The second someone came up behind me, she went back to work mode, like she's talking about herself and her studies someone comes up i line behind me and then its all business customer service talk. Its a nutrition shop not a grocery store.

Take my time with it and ask soon I think you are correct. I just hope that if she's not interested she could drop a hint of sorts.

It sounds like she might be interested. The simple way is next time. e you see her, ask if she is interested in going on a date with you. Be direct. Shows confidence. You will get your answer instantly. Don't wait until someone else asks her out and she is off the market.

I think she is giving you a hint when she will be there so you can come see her. You don't need anything more than what you have to ask her on a date. The worst-case scenario is that she says no, but nothing venture nothing gained. You have everything to gain if you ask.

Years ago, I called a woman I had briefly me once, and I knew one of her coworkers, introduced myself and how I had originally been her. I mentioned that I had asked her coworker if she was single. To my surprise, she agreed to a date, and we dated for several months. I took a chance, and you can too. You might just be rewarded. I hope it works for you.

Sorry for the delayed response I didn't realize I was logged out and thusly getting no notifications.

Not much of an update the shop was busy and there was a line of people buying things so I couldn't get a chance to talk, I did make small talk with the owner as he wasn't really occupied.

When I walked in she had a surprised look on her face when she saw me like " oh" like she didn't expect me to see me, I've only seen her three times before going in last week and she told me she works Sundays. It was a visible surprised look

She had a friend there as she was behind the desk doing the shop duties for the small line behind me that showed up. They were looking at each other then at me. I have never seen the friend before so them looking at each other then at me was about nothing prior as I have never met the friend ever and only interacted with her herself three times and briefly.

I haven't interacted with her herself enough times for them to be communicating about me for any reason... and have the friend know who I am or know anything about me. But they were communicating something, just looking at one another, then at myself.

So I'll go in again on Sunday and every Sunday, (unless there is reason not to) as that is when she told me she works. Its the kind of business where weekly visits are fine.

Hopefully they'll be no one in the store, including the owner
