Example: Say, 'How you doin?' as an inside joke to anyone that remembers Joey from Friends, and look them up and down from eyes to crotch and back to eyes again. As this act will probably make me laugh, it will probably also make the other person laugh, while also turning them on hopefully.

I think whenever I try to be flirty I wind up laughing, because in a way flirting is so funny, and the person who I'm flirting with knows me enough to know that acting in the exaggerated ways required to flirt is not like me, so they wind up laughing.
