How to deal with touchy coworkers?

I have coworker who keep touching us.
How should be deal with them?

It depends on how they’re touching you. If it’s making you uncomfortable then directly say it is. Don’t be a weirdo who allows someone to violate you. Because they will start thinking it’s okay until they do it to the wrong person. If it’s innocent enough and doesn't bother you then that’s one thing.

HR. I'm comfortable with all my male coworkers. I'm even sleeping with the boyfriend of o e of my bosses. And I work with all men. If you are not okay with attention you are getting take time and dates. If you have never been close to this person make it clear to HR. If your environment is close and hold family safe hugs and fat pinching like mine does let then know. Tell them this dude touched you sexually. I had a guy come from another shift a play with my hands and play with the small of my neck on job. Take all notes. If you don't have time and date go to HR anyway. They can't do anything but they have awareness. Keep a nite book. Document anyone creepy. Your request will make a punishment happen

I never thought much... unwanted touch always meant my immediate reaction like slap on face or kick between legs - depends on the situation

But I grew up in the area where maintaining my reputation was crucial... so I learned to keep everyone on distance and I didn't let anyone to have stupid thoughts...

I assume that as human beings they will learn on their mistakes. But if it's not the case I will teach them myself. But you also have to understand that, if you allow someone to do something like this to you. They will think this type of behavior is acceptable until they do it to the wrong person. Attractive or not.

They may do it to someone whose married, someone who would feel violated regardless of how attractive they are.

It can also encourage people who aren’t attractive to see someone else is getting swag with it and try doing it themselves.

This is why some people get brazen sexually assaulting people until they get caught. Because… Frankly they get away with it.
