Heh... I really like the two last requests... Who is the one to judge whether a given opinion is "appropriate"? As for my pick, it would barely be "romantic" in the most common sense of the word, and I don't even think it counts as a song since it has no lyrics, but it would channel my romantic feelings anyway - Elder Tale no Waltz. As the name suggests, it's a waltz, and as the name suggests, it's Japanese (though if You just listened to it, You'd never be able to tell it's Japanese). The special "romantic" meaning is hidden in the context where it's used, which I think makes it even more romantic, as both me and my girlfriend would have to share the knowledge of said context to truly appreciate the message, making it extremely exclusive to the two of us.
