It's flattering if it's your man and he's showing appreciation in that way. It's certainly creepy etc. when it's unwanted attention, particularly if you've told the person to step off and they continue leering.

Just being glanced at or double-checked can be flattering. Open staring/leering is uncomfortable. And I'll just say any kind of checking out from much older men is just creepy for me regardless.

I actually like being checked out by anyone, guys, girls, whatever they look like I don't care. It's very validating. It becomes 'creepy' to me if they start following me around or start interacting with me. That's my truth. 😂

If the guy is ugly or old, it's creepy. If he's also attractive, it can be flattering. But even then, if they're hot and staring too long, they make it creepy.
