I’ve never had that particular experience bc I don’t ask guys out, but yes I’ve seen a guy react poorly to a girl who’s perhaps lavishing too much attention on him (coming on too strong). It’s not a kind thing to do — and I’m not justifying it — but in some cases the guy possibly feels that the girl isn’t catching on to his lack of interest.

some people don't know how to gracefully reject... some are not even aware they are hurting you... and some are simply cruel...

but... if you give yourself time and get to know this person... the risk of unpredictable rejection would be smaller...

This doesn't answer your question but when someone that I thought really cared about me and had my back suddenly turns on me for no good reason that shocks me.
You confide in them about things as time goes by and all along they are collecting information about you and taking notes when they acted like they really cared about you, then one day they use what you said against you. The ultimate betrayal.

I've not had a mean rejection since my tens. Sure I've been rejected as all people are at some point, but I have this knack of making rejection easier for them, and so lessons the purpose of being mean.

Half the time I've done the rejection for them, and it amazed me that the reverse thing happened.

I don't think I've ever been rejected in a mean way because normally I have them laughing their ass off by the time they get around to answering. I think it lightens them up a little so they don't get to that serious or mean side.

A complete shock. But for far too much of my life, I didn't understand the true nature of women. No woman gets over on me now. There are ways you can ask women out without asking them. And after 40, the power shifts to the man anyway. If you're a good woman after 40, you generally have to do the pursuing. I haven't asked a woman out in years. I let them do it now.👍
