I’m a nice guy and I’m nice and talkative to all women, even though I have a girlfriend. At work, I think some women take it the wrong way. I tend to offer to buy them snacks at our vending machines at work, I have even given a few a ride home. I’m just an overall playful and friendly guy but I think it gets taken out of context. Like today for example, a group of my women co workers walked by and they all were like “Heyyy (my name)” while not even acknowledging one of my other woman co workers who was right next to me. This is why I believe they may be flirting and my niceness could be sending the wrong message.

Hmm that is kind of a tricky situation man. On one hand, it's good that you're friendly with all your coworkers. But I could see how some of that playful behavior might come across as flirting to some people, even if you don't mean it that way. A few things that stood out to me:
- Regularly offering to buy snacks just for some coworkers could be seen as you singling them out, especially since girls sometimes bond over little treats.
- Giving rides home alone with a female coworker crosses a line, in my opinion. Better to keep things professional at work.
- The way those girls greeted you loudly without acknowledging your other female friend does seem flirty.
My advice would be to tone it down a little bit. Stay friendly of course, but don't go too far out of your way individually for certain coworkers. Save snacks/rides for larger group settings. And make sure you're equally nice to all. Could also mention your girlfriend casually in conversation to set the record straight. Just be aware how anything could be perceived. As long as your intentions are good that's what matters!
Because you offered free rides and stuff so they'd think the same too. Once upon a time, I was sympathetic to people and i nearly got raped because of that. You don't need to be too friendly. Just stay respectful and have boundaries so you don't get sabotaged by them at work. People at work are not your friends for real. They'll bite you one day and bring you misfortune. They will use their power of speech to spin a lie into something beyond your control. If you work with a majority of women, becareful of their devil tongue. They could later get you fired and say you were sexually harassing them or worse and their crazy family will come out for you. If you in love with your girlfriend, stop wondering if other girls are flirting with you. You just need to stop being a doormat and focus on your job and relationship.
Correct they are flirting hoping you will prefer her.
