Is a 28cm/11inch height difference too much?

I’m in a talking stage with one of my classmates. I’m 165cm (5’5”) and he is 193cm (6’4”). We are both interested in each other and flirt constantly. One of my friends told me that he is too tall for me and our height difference looks weird and awkward. I like him a lot and if the time comes want to date him. Is an 11 inch height difference too much?

I don't think so. I'm 6'6" and one of the best women I ever dated was 4'11"
