There aren't any easy or universal answers to this. Different guys have different styles of flirting. I've been accused of being a flirty guy, many many times. There are guys who say things I would never ever say to women they're interested in. It's a matter of what you're comfortable doing.

Generally though, I would not think about it the way you are in the question. Don't look at it as "comments" or "pick up lines". You don't want to rely on either.

Just talk to her. That's essentially all you need to do, and the flirting will come sorta automatically since you're into her (assuming she's receptive and flirts back).

Flirting is usually more, glances, body language, how interested you seem in conversations, all sorts of things you end up doing without trying to when talking to a girl you're into.

The key is to make a point of "finding yourself near her" more often than usual. She starts to pickup on the fact that, you seem to always be finding reasons to talk to her. If she's receptive, you'll see it in how she interacts with you when you make a point to come talk to her more often.

I would be weary of any "comments."

The best comments, are sincere, simple compliments (e. g your hair looks really nice today)

In my observation and experience, lines or smooth-comments are not the way to go.

Just talk to her more.

Forget comments. Comments are dead end. Think conversation. If you can't talk to someone and carry on a conversation, then you don't have any connection with them.

Practice your conversational skills. That means with both men and women. If you can carry on a conversation with men, you can carry on a conversation with women.

Women are not some alien creature. They want someone they can talk to and carry on a conversation with just like you do.

Learn to carry on a conversation and stop thinking about fucking them.
