Multiable reasons...

Comfort – As the baby grows, the skin stretches and muscles get sore, so rubbing can ease discomfort or itchiness.

Bonding – It’s a way for the mother to connect with the baby. Touch stimulates emotional connection.

Movement – Sometimes moms rub their belly when they feel the baby kick or move, either in response or to encourage more movement.

Soothing – It can calm the baby if they’re active, or help relax the mom.

Habit – It can also become a natural, unconscious habit during pregnancy.

I agree with this guy and anyone saying it’s all centered around the baby (is that a pun? I don't know lol). Anyways yes as others mentioned a pregnant belly could seem sexual if not in fantasy or arousal it is by nature and biology a sexual component or we can say a product. Of sexual intercourse. But ladies who flirt have years of experience or what excites them about flirting and it will not include a belly they obtained in just under 9 months… that is NOT a method used by them. The belly just means also that they’re already taken and in a committed relationship or just some kind of relationship involving another man. So no man should think she is interested in him or conveying that just by having the offspring of her and another MAN. she’s busy with someone else and now another mouth she’ll have to feed. There is NO non verbal body language used to communicate with others revolving around a pregnant bodied woman/mother.

She’s in a cycle/process of bringing about offspring and caring for it later and it’s all due to her involvement or long term commitment with ANOTHER man lol

So no meanings behind it. It’s face value. Directly her linked to her child. As the umbilical cord. It’s her body. It’s her compartment. It’s her connection to her child. And it was made possible by her and her partner. Case closed and end of story 😂

Women aren’t trying to harm you or disrespect you as a person intentionally if there are some who do this. Just block her or whoever it was that did it. I don’t think you should make a public spectacle over one person here who wasn’t trying to make you uncomfortable or had malice in mind.
