How do I know if he likes me back? Are these signs that he is interested?

I get butterflies every time I am around him and its hard for me to talk to him. Well we speak a little sometimes I feel I might be annoying to him simply because I am hyper and a bit loud but I enjoy making people all the time. Well at first though he never noticed me like that.

Then slowly something changed when I would talk to someone by him he listened too and would chime in too. Like one incident one of my co worker's kept calling another girls name twice mind you this girl name he called me no one liked her. So we made light of the situation and joked about; so I went to my boss and told and the guy i liked was right there i was surprised he played along and was like in a very silly manor no your not so and so name and I mimic his action back then I got so shy afterwards.

The second time which I didn't know was a thing to be honest I guess its rare for men to share snack. So he had bought snacks and he had literally offered only three people some of his snacks and I was included. My other coworkers told me he has never done that before.

The third the time was when he finally got promoted at work and I went toa section where he operates with two other coworker's to help him out. So me and other later who is 10 maybe 20 years older than and she was flirting with it was so cute and funny. But his responses when she asked "how old he was?" he said old enough then proceed to say his age she then said "I am too old for you" which responded with "I have dated an older woman before. Lets just say I girlie screamed when he left us alone lmao.

The fourth time was another day I was working with him I was tired so leaning my head down and he came by to tell us something. He noticed and asked if i was tired and I said yes. He then asked if I wanted a red bull (literally my go to drink) he didn't even ask what type of drink he was do you want a red bull? Again I did not think that he paid any attention to what normally have.
