How many men use "Me Too" because of fear of rejection?

How many guys do you think say they're afraid of getting the "Me Too" treatment because they're simply afraid of getting turned down?

I dunno about that.. It's certainly a factor in work place interaction.

Let me put it a different way, in my old company most of the men jumped ship because the feminist HR institutes things like "days of male silence", and took #believeallwomen seriously. For example, a colleague of mine communicated suicide because he was falsely accused at work. He was accused of sexual assault when a coworker made advances and he rejected her. The dude was married with kids. The coworker approached him at one of our Christmas parties, he loudly rejected her in front of everyone. Then he left the party and went home. The next day said coworker came in with bruises and scratches all over her. (later on it turns out these were done with makeup), she made up some story about him coming to her hotel room and forcing him self on her. Again untrue. The company fired him, and made it so he couldn't work anywhere else. The coworker never pressed charges. He had evidence backing him that he did nothing and went directly home. His wife took the kids and left because she believed the accuser as well. The man 6 weeks later killed him self. The person who accused him later recanted, conveniently after he was already dead.

Moral of the story is that men learned to completely avoid women in the work place.

I don't know if my old company is still open or not, but they lost 80% of its staff, leaving just HR, and a handful of staff members in place.

If they think of a gal a certain way (as being "feminist" for instance, or too opinionated and bossy to the point that fear of rejection is a legit concern) I can see a guy being cautious with his words. However some guys are consistently cautious with any gal and some don't gaff at all about sidestepping possible rejection. It just depends on the guy and gal in question.

It's because "love" has become transactional. The culture, economy and politics aren't helping anything.
