Should I introduce myself to a coworker I rarely see in another building?

We both work for the same company, but she works at the front desk in another building and I don't have any reason to go over in that building. I was only in that building for training when I first got hired by the company and during that time we both said hi to each other a few times, but haven't introduced ourselves yet. I'm wondering, if I should even try to get to know her and introduce myself, since I don't see her much.
