We are Co-workers, I used to work with another girl before (her old manager that liked me) and she would come get in the middle and talk loudly to me and stand so close to me while I am standing at the other girls desk that like our shoulders are touching even tho there are like 10 acres of space. She would joke and talk a lot and even bake me cakes when I tell her I want it. I moved to a different department recently. When I talk to her however she is kinda busy with work and doesn't like give me her full attention and even on WhatsApp she takes time to reply.
Sometimes when she sees me doing something and she would tap on my office glass or on my shoulder and say hi.
I am moving to a different job soon and I am not sure it I should make a move or not since this would be awkward at work. If I should how do I proceed with this without make it weird.
Is my coworker giving mixed signals or am I misreading her interest?
She manipulates you and probably there is lot of your imagination in this situation. Don't trust people who send mixed signals, but don't cut them off. It's a endurance test, who is more stoic and cold blooded.

It sounds like she was more interested in you in the past than she is now. You can ask her out, it can’t hurt, but don’t be offended if she says no.

It mainly changed a bit since her old manager left. Might it have been like just out of jealousy or competing with the other girl not actually interest in me?

Maybe. Or she lost interest when you got transferred to a different department.
It's all about her ego, nothing more.
Simple as that.
Your misreading her interest. Now get back to work before you get written up
Girls don't like boys. They find them icky.
