He hugs other girls but won't hug me, what does it mean?

This guy I work with treats me differently than he treats the other girls. He's always teasing me by blaming me for stuff, saying I never do any work, untying my apron string and saying it was an accident. He bumps into me all the time. Then I bump into him back and we argue over who started it. We play argue all the time about the stupidest stuff, to the point where a few people have actually told us to stop arguing.

The thing is he hugs other girls easily but not me. If I ask him for a hug before I go home for the day, he says no or makes a face. Sometimes I'll hug him anyway and he'll stand there without moving, complaining like it's the worst thing ever. Sometimes I'll pull a sad face and he'll hug me, but when he does it's super tight bear hug, like he's trying to crush me. Sometimes he hugs me so tight he lifts me off my feet. It's only when we're outside of work that he'll give me a hug goodbye without me asking, and then they're normal, non-bonecrushing hugs. I don't know what to make of his behavior. Is he just paling around with me? He doesn't really act this way with other girls.

Its his professionalism. He is obviously into you at work, if he was hugging you there some jerk boss might get upset (some employers are just that way). I've been "talked to" before about showing bodily expression (i.e, hug/kiss) my own damn Girlfriend who was just visiting me while I was there for a few minutes.

I think that since it is NOT obvious he is into any other girl, hugging them wouldn't set off any red flags. This way, it just looks like he's always flirting but never moving.

After work though, jerk boss is gone and he has free license.

Hug problem he proly likes you so he treats you with more respect. Arguing problem he is proly not cofertable around you so he does stupid things like arguing. Tight hug problem there are weird fantises out there
