You are a cute girl so that is not the issue. So I would think about personal characteristics--are you a shy girl? Shy people often come off as aloof and unapproachable. They also don't know how to send the proper friendly or interested signals. People are much more likely to give you positive attention if they think you are friendly or possibly interested. Making eye contact and a smile, or a casual question can open the door. A lot of guys are either in their own world or insecure also so a little help out can go a long way.

--Being in the right/wrong social situation can also make a difference. If you are very busy and in a rush it will be more difficult to approach you.

--For lack of a better word, the kind of vibes you put off can make a difference as well. If you come across as down-to-earth, and easy going that can be inviting.

Finally, just be patient. There is no need to rush, because the guys will come around. Sometimes it's just an issue of timing. The less you worry about it the better off you will be.
