He asked me to hang out then flakes?

My boyfriend called me today and asked me if I wanted to hangout. I said sure as long as he could pick me and he goes "sure babe". So later on he texts me at about 6 saying "what you doing?" I told him I was hanging out at home and asked him to confirm he was picking me up later. No response. I call him and it keeps ringing once and going to voice mail. I ask him why he's forwarding my calls? 2 hrs go by I get a text from him saying "I'm not forwarding your calls babe" and I told him I called him a few times and he goes " oh dang my phone has been acting weird" I ask him if he's gonna pick me up again and he doesn't respond...again! I then say "are you there?" and he goes "yes hold on" I say "okay just lemme know what's going on" he goes "k" the rest of the night I hear nothing from him! I texted him no response, I called him, first time it rings through rest of the time it rings once and goes straight to voice mail. WTF?! Why would he ask me to hangout then flake on me?

PUnish him. he has no respect for your time. If you're not gonna be a priority and he's not gonna honor what he said to you, then put him on pause for several days and do your own thing. sometimes you have to teach pepole a lesson when they mess up. this is the first and the last time he does that, next time...well there s houldnt be a next time. you have to teach people how to treat you. don't let him get away with thinking that's acceptable to lie and act foolish

Something came up that he would rather be doing instead of hanging out with you. He was saying just enough to keep you from blowing up. He might not be cheating but he's definitely not into you like he should be if you're a couple.

Yea well that's stupid of him. If he had a change in plans then he could've said something and I wouldn't have gotten mad at all. But now I'm pretty pissed off. So in all reality he made it worse
