How do you know if your neighbor has a crush on you?

How would your neighbor act if they have a crush on you, when you keep trying to have nothing to do with them? Please give me any signs that I can look for

i do not want to date this guy he is not my type. I want to know if he does have a crush on me because I don't want to be friendly with him and he think that there is something there that isn't

he stares at me and keeps trying to talk to me. When ever he hears me outside working in my yard he comes outside and starts working on stuff too. Plus today when I came home he told me about someone getting mail out of my mailbox, which I already knew about and keep trying to talk to me about it and keep bringing up the fact that I never respond to him when he speaks to me. I personally don't like him and don't trust him.
